Short Title ይህ አዋጅ “የኢትዮጵያ ፕሬስ ድርጅት እንደገና ማቋቋሚያ This Proclamation may be cited as the “The Ethiopian አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፸፪/፪ሺ፲፪ ”ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል። Press Agency Re-establishment (As Amended) Proclamation No. 1172/2019.” ፪. ማሻሻያ ፩. የኢትዮጵያ ፕሬስ ድርጅት እንደገና ማቋቋሚያ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፶፩/፪ሺ፲፩ እንደሚከተለው ተሻሽሏል። ፪.የአዋጁ አንቀጽ ፱(፱) ተሰርዞ በሚከተለው አዲስ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ ፱ ተተክቷል፦ 2. Amendment 1. The Ethiopian Press Agency Re-establishment Proclamation No. 1151/2019 is hereby amended as follows. 2. Article 9 sub article (9) of the Proclamation is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new sub-article (9): “፱.የድርጅቱን ሰራተኞች ደመወዝ߹ አበል እና ጥቅማ ጥቅሞች የመንግስትን አቅም ሌሎች በማገናዘብ ይወሰናል߹የሰራተኞች አስተዳደር መመሪያ ያወጣል፤” the employees Government taking capacity; into issue account the Employees’ administration Directive;” ፫.አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ ይህ አዋጁ በፌደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የፀና ይሆናል፡፡ አዲስ አበባ ታህሳስ ፰ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፪ ሣህለወርቅ ዘውዴ የኢትዮጽያ “9/ Decide the salary, per diem and other benefits of ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ፕሬዚዳንት 3.
