9. To determine rules and detailed procedures for
the application of the required applications to
obtain the license, procedures for reviewing such
applications by the Authority and completion of the
required data within the set dates.
10. To determine the conditions within the license,
penalties imposed on the licensees in case of
breaching these conditions.
11. To issue terms and procedures implemented
related to tenders and works offered by the
Authority.
12. To set the financial and technical measures
for the evaluation for the application of telecom
license.
13. To determine the number of Class III license
for
a
particular
type
of
system
or
telecommunications services.
14. To set the terms, special procedures
organizing the interconnection services, co-location
& access and leased line services.
