(2) Penalty imposed on a corporation is only penalty of fine with the provision that the penalty of fine imposed is added with 1/3 (one third) each fine as meant in verse (1). CHAPTER XIII TRANSITIONAL PROVISION Chapter 91 At the times of these laws are enacted, all the existing laws related with child protection are declared still effective as long as it is not against these laws. CHAPTER XIV CLOSING PROVISION Article 92 From the time of enactment of these laws, at least in 1 (one) year’s time Commission of Indonesian Child Protection must be established.
