፲፩ሺ፷ gA Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R፴፬ የካቲት ፲፱ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፩ ዓ.ም ፪/ “ዜና ነክ መረጃዎች” ማለት በዜና Federal Negarit Gazette No.34, 26th February, 2019 ….page 11060 እንዲገለፅ 2/ "News related information" means information የተፈለገውን ጉዳይ፣ክስተት፣ሀሳብ ወይም ፍሬ ነገር officially given by the owner and legally endorsed, በተለያየ አቀራረብ ለታዳሚው ለማቅረብ እንዲቻል that further elucidate the issue, phenomenon, idea የሚዘጋጁ ተዛማጅ፣ተያዥነት ያላቸው ይፋዊ የሆኑ or the essence of released news in different ways ወይም ይፋዊ እንዲሆኑ በመረጃው ባለቤትና በህግ and beyond their presentations as mere news. ፈቃድ ያላቸው መረጃዎች ናቸው፡፡ ፫/ “ፕሮግራም” ማለት በድምጽ፣ በምስል ወይም በድምፅና በምስል ተቀነባብሮ ለማሳወቅ፣ለማስተማር ለማዝናናት ወይም 3/ "Program" includes spot, reportages, programs and ወይም documentary films mixed by mode of sound, ሁሉንም አካቶ የሚቀርብ ሆኖ picture, or sound and picture ; presented to inform, ስፖት፣ ሪፖርታዥ፣ ፕሮግራምና ዘጋቢ ፊልሞችን give lesson or entertain or inclusively. ያካትታል፡፡ ፬/ “የህትመት ሥራዎች” ለተወሰነ አካል ዘገባዎችን፣ ማለት ለአጠቃለይ ህዝቡ ወይም እንዲደርሱ የሞኒተሪንግ ታስበው ውጤቶችን፣ የሚሰራጩ outputs, annual books disseminated with the አመታዊ intention to be accessed by the general public or መጽሀፎችን የሚያካትት ነው፡፡ ፭/ “የሕዝብ ስለአንድ 5/ "Opinion poll" means studies that include about ወይም ስለአንድ certain national or current issue or studies on ተቋም አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ የህዝቡን አመለካከት public view, perception and satisfaction about ፣ግንዛቤ ለመለካት የሚደረጉ service delivery of certain institution. ማለት በጹሁፍ 6/ "Advertisement production" means Public and ፣በፎቶ፣በድምጽና በምስል ተቀነባብረው የሚዘጋጁ commercial advertisement works that is mixed and የሕዘብና prepared in terms of writing, photograph, sound and እና ጥናት” ወቅታዊ ወይም ጥናቶችን ፮/ certain organ. ማለት አገራዊ አስተያየት ጉዳይ እርካታ ያካትታል፡፡ “የማስታወቂያ ፕሮዳክሽን” የንግድ የማስታወቂያ ስራዎችን ያካትታል፡፡ ፯/ 4/ "Publishing Works" include reports, monitoring film. “ስነዳ ወይም ዶክመንቴሽን” ማለት ትልልቅ አገራዊ ጉዳዮችና ክስተቶችን በተንቀሳቃሽ ምስል ላይ ሊውሉ 7/ "Documentation" means recording major national በፎቶ፣በድምጽ፣በፎቶና issues and phenomena by mode of photograph, መቅረጽና ለወደፊት ጥቅም sound, photo and film and preparing them for future በሚችሉበት መልኩ አሰናድቶ use. ማስቀመጥ ነው፡፡ ፰/ “ክልል” ማለት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ 8/ "Region" means any state referred under Article ሪፐብሊክ ሕገመንግስት አንቀፅ ፵፯(፩) የተመለከተው 47(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic ማንኛውም ክልል ሲሆን የአዲስ አበባ እና የድሬዳዋ Republic of Ethiopia and includes the Addis Ababa ከተማ አስተዳደርን ይጨምራል፡፡ and Dire Dawa city Administrations. ፱/ በዚህ አዋጅ ይጨምራል፡፡ በወንድ ጾታ የተገለጸው ሴትንም 9/ Any expression in the Masculine Gender includes the Feminine.
