gA ፲፫ሺ፪፻፲፪ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፹፩. የአስተዲዯራዊ እርምጃዎች ውሳኔ አሰጣጥ ፩/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 81. 1/ የፌቃዴ መሰረዝ የሚያስከትለ ውሳኔዎችን ሥሌጣን የባሇሥሌጣኑ The Board shall have the power to license renewal, and suspension and revocation of licenses. ቦርደ የፇቃዴ አሇማዯስ፣ የፇቃዴ ማገዴ ወይም Administrative make decisions resulting on refusal to ቦርዴ ይሆናሌ፡፡ ፪/ on Measures የፇቃዴ አሇማዯስ፣ የፇቃዴ ማገዴ ወይም የመወሰን Decision-Making 13212 የፇቃዴ መሠረዝ 2/ Where the Board intends to refuse የሚያስከትሌ renewal, suspend, revoke license, it ቅጣት የሚዲርግ ክስ ሲቀርብሇት ባሇፇቃደ shall give the licensee the opportunity በጉዲዩ ሊይ ያሇውን ምሊሽ በፅሐፌ እና to present its views in person; submit to በአካሌ እንዱያቀርብና ጉዲዩ ሊይ ሕዝባዊ the Authority within the time specified አስተያየት by the Authority, a written statement of እንዱሰጥ የማዴረግ እዴሌ objections to the refusal suspension of ሉሰጠው ይገባሌ፡፡ the license; and request for holding a public hearing in connection with the issue. ፫/ የፅሁፌ ማስጠንቀቂያ፣ ከባዴ የገንዘብ ቅጣት 3/ Decisions on giving written warning, ወይም አንዴን ፕሮግራም ማገዴ ወይም imposing serious fine, taking measures መሠረዝ በባሇሥሌጣኑ ሉወስን ይችሊሌ፡፡ or suspendingor terminating a program can be taken by the Authority. [{{[ ፬/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፫) መሠረት 4/ Any person who is aggrieved by the order በተወሰኑት ውሳኔዎች ቅር የተሰኘ ባሇፇቃዴ given by the Authority as specified under ውሳኔው በዯረሰው ���፲፬ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ Sub-Article (3) of this Article, may ቅሬታውን submit his grievance to the Board within ቦርደ ሇቦርደ አቤቱታው ሉያቀርብ በዯረሰው ይችሊሌ፤ በ፴ 14 working days from the date of receipt የሥራ of the decision; and the Board shall give ቀናት ውስጥ ውሳኔ መስጠት አሇበት፡፡ its decision within 30 working days from ፭ በዚህ አንቀጽ ባሇሥሌጣኑ መሠረት አስተዲዯራዊ ቦርደም the date of receipt of the grievance. ሆነ 5/ እርምጃዎችን According to this Article, the Board or the Authority shall give its decisions related የሚመሇከቱ ውሳኔዎችን በ፴ የሥራ ቀናት to administrative measures within 30 ውስጥ መስጠት አሇባቸው፡፡ working days. ‹({{{[[[[[[ ፹፪. ስሇ አቤቱታና ይግባኝ ፩/ 82. በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፹፩ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) Petition and Appeal 1/ Any party who is aggrieved by the ወይም (፬) መሰረት ቦርደ በሰጠው ውሳኔ decision given by the Board pursuant to ሊይ ቅሬታ ያሇው ማንኛውም ወገን ውሳኔው Sub-Article (1) or (4) of Article 81 of በዯረሰው በ፴ ውስጥ this Proclamation may submit his ሇፋዯራሌ ከፌተኛ አቤቱታ petition to the Federal High Court የሥራ ሇማቅረብ ይችሊሌ፡፡ ፌርዴ ቀናት ቤት within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the decision.
