Article 26 Paragraph (1) The fee for the right of telecommunications operation is an obligation imposed on the network operator and/or telecommunications services operator as compensation for the license obtained for the operation of the telecommunications network and/or service, the amount of which shall be determined based on a percentage of the revenue and shall constitute State Non-tax Revenue (PNBP) paid to the State Treasury.
