Invalidation  registration  of     Application  for  registration  of  a  mark    (3)  The  renewal  or lapse  of the  registration  of  an  industrial  design  shall  be  recorded  and  published.    (4)  Upon  the  renewal  of  registration,  the  Registrar  General  shall  issue  to  the  registered  owner  a  certificate  of  renewal  in  form  D8  containing the details therein prescribed.    31.  A  notice  of  an  application  to  invalidate  the  registration  of  an  industrial  design  under  section  25(1)  of  the  Act  and  of  the  decision  of  the Court shall be served on the owner.    PART    IV  ­  MARKS  AND  COLLECTIVE  MARKS    30.  (1)  An  application  may  be  made  for  the  registration of a mark in respect of­    (a)  goods;      (b)  services; or      (c)  goods and services,    in  one  or  more  classes  of  the  International  Classification of marks.    (2)  An application for the registration of a mark  shall  be  made  in  form  M1  bearing  a  representation  of  the  mark  in  the  prescribed  place  and  accompanied  by  three  additional  representations of the mark.     (3)  The  representation  of  the  mark  on  the  application  form  and  the  additional  reproductions shall be identical.    (4)  If  the  Registrar  General  considers  that  any  representation  of  a  mark  is  unsuitable  for  the  purposes  of  the  registration  of  the  mark,  he  or    17
