to Lanshida Company's business. The plaintiffs provided WeChat chat records and Zhang **'s witness testimony as evidence. The WeChat chat records originated from two WeChat groups with members 345 and 123 respectively, which recorded speeches about Huang Xiaolan and Lanshida Company sent by the nickname X Junzhu, as well as reply to inquiries by other group members; and the witness Zhang **, as a customer of Lanshida Company while also an owner of the residential quarter, appeared in the court to make a statement on the chat content in the WeChat groups she had read and presented the mobile WeChat in court showing that the WeChat account ID of the group master was X-calm. Zhao Min did not recognize the plaintiffs' statements and evidence, and said that in 2016, she had accepted laser freckle removal treatment in the beauty shop involved, and Huang Xiaolan had promised and undertaken that all her freckles could be removed, but after two treatment sessions, the freckles became more serious; through repeated communications, Huang Xiaolan, as the other party disagreed to refund the money, and on the day when the incident occurred, she inquired about the matter again, but Huang Xiaolan denied that Zhao Min had accepted freckle removal treatment there, so a quarrel arose between the two persons; Zhao Min had only one WeChat account, often changed nicknames, and now was called X Guo in the groups of owners; she was not and knew nothing about the group master, while neither adding Huang Xiaolan as a friend nor sending any information in either WeChat group to damage the plaintiffs' reputation, but only talked with neighbors and friends about the dispute with the plaintiffs; and besides herself, some other persons also believed that Lanshida Company provided defective instruments and blackmailed customers, on which she had the freedom to deliver speeches as a citizen. Upon the plaintiffs' application, the court retrieved the real-name authentication information of the WeChat account ID X---calm from Shenzhen Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd., and affirmed it as Zhao Min, while confirming that this WeChat account ID added Huang Xiaolan's WeChat account ID X-HL as mutual friends at 1:16:18 PM on March 4, 2016.
