The decisions of the Department shall be considered final after being validated by the Ministry of Information. Article 71: The competent department staff at the Ministry of Information shall be duly authorized by virtue of a resolution taken by the Minister of Information, to have the capacity of the legal control officers to implement the provisions of the present law and the proving any breaches of this law, its regulations and its executive decisions.
