(3) The Authority shall designate an officer not below the rank of BS-17 or equivalent at its regional offices as well as headquarters for guiding the general public with respect to the procedure for filling of complaints and receiving the complaints under these rules. 14. Awareness campaigns. - The Authority and complainant organization may run awareness campaign to educate the general public in respect of their rights, responsibilities and remedies available under these rules. 11
