52- Any other functions vested in him under the
provisions of the Act, regulations and decisions issued in
implementation thereof.
Chapter Two
Rules and Procedures and Meetings Dates of
the Council and the Quorum required for the
meeting to take place and the Issuance of its
Decisions and Recommendations
Article (51-2) of the Act
Article 3: Canceled by TRA Decision No 36/2012
Article 4: Members of the Authority shall hold meeting
at the time and place they see appropriate based on a call
from the chairman. The invitation for meeting shall be
sent at least three (3) days before the meeting.
Article 5: The Chairman shall preside over the meetings
in which the issues set forth in Article (11) of the Act and
any other issues are regarded necessary to be chaired by
one of the members, the chairman shall designate the
member who is to represent him to preside over the
meeting in his absence.
Article 6: Canceled by TRA Decision No 36/2012
Article 7: The quorum of any meeting attended by the
Chairman shall be two members, if the total members
including Chairman are three, but the quorum shall be
three in case if the members more than three, and where
it is necessary, any person may be invited to attend the
meeting; however, such person shall not have the right to
vote.
Article 8: Recommendations and decisions shall be by
the majority of votes. If there is an equality of votes, the
side of the chairman shall prevail; the Council may take
decisions in a scrolling way whenever the need arises.
Article 9: Pursuant to Article (42) of the Act, if a
member has an interest in a mater enlisted in the agenda,
such member shall disclose this interest and shall
withdraw from the meeting.

األعضاء يزيد على ثالثة أعضاء وجيوز دعوة أي شخص
حلضور أي اجتماع متى كان ذلك ضروريا على أال حيق له

تصدر التوصيات والقرارات بأغلبية أصوات:)8( املادة
فإذا تساوت األصوات يرجح اجلانب،األعضاء احلاضرين
وللمجلس اختاذ قراراته،الذي منه رئيس االجتماع
.بطريقة التمرير كلما دعت احلاجة إىل ذلك
)42( إذا كانت لدى العضو مصلحة وفقاك للمادة:)9( املادة
فإن عليه،من القانون يف موضوع تضمنه جدول األعمال
اإلفصاح عن هذه املصلحة واالنسحاب من االجتماع أثناء
