C. In case of Class Three License: the Authority shall
issue the decision to grant the license and notify the
applicant of its decision.
تصدر اهليئة:ج) بالنسبة لرتخيص الفئة الثالثة
قرارها مبنح ترخيص الفئة الثالثة وختطر طالب
D. In Case of Telecommunications Services of Class
1& 2: In Case of Approval, the Authority shall hand
the applicant an approved copy of the license against
where the applicant`s signature in the license register
acknowledging receipt.
د) بالنسبة لرتاخيص خدمات اإلتصاالت للفئتني
تسلم، ويف حالة املوافقة على الطلب،الثانية والثالثة

In case of Radio License: the Authority shall
issue a decision to grant a Radio License in
accordance with the provisions of Articles (30) &
(31) of the Act and shall hand the applicant an
approved copy of the license against where the
applicant`s signature in the license register
acknowledging receipt.

اهليئة طالب الرتخيص نسخة معتمدة من الرتخيص
املمنوح له نظري توقيعه باإلستالم يف سجل تراخيص
.تقديم خدمات االتصاالت
تصدر اهليئة قرارها،هر) بالنسبة للرتاخيص الراديوية
وتسلم،) من القانون31( ) و30( مبراعاة أحكام املادتني
طالب الرتخيص نسخة من قرارها بعد توقيعه
.باالستالم يف سجل الرتاخيص الراديوية

Chapter Five
License Conditions
Article (51-5) of the Act
Article 20:
1. Subject to the provisions of the Act, Class One &
Two License should include the licensees’ obligation
to be provided with equal opportunities to obtain
the same type & quality of licensed services to all
beneficiaries in the licensed region at the same tariff
as possible, and limit the variations in the available,
affordable & appropriate techniques to serve
particular category of beneficiaries.
2. Class I license shall contain an obligation not to
impose unreasonable conditions, or discriminatory
restrictions of the resale of its services.
3. Class One, Two & Three License according to
type and nature of each service, for example and not
limited to, may include the following conditions:

) مع مراعاة أحكام القانون جيب أن يتضمن الرتخيص1
من الفئة األوىل والثانية التزاماك على املرخص له بأن
مينح فرصاك متساوية للحصول على نفس النوع
واجلودة من اخلدمات املرخّصة لكل املنتفعني مبنطقة
وأن حيدّ من،الرتخيص بنفس التعرفة بقدر اإلمكان
التباين يف التقنيات املتاحة او املناسبة او املطلوبة
.خلدمة فئة معيّنة من املنتفعني
) جيب أنّ يتضمن الرتخيص من الفئة األوىل التزاما2
بعدم فرض شروط او قيود غري معقولة او متييزية
.على إعادة بيع خدماته
) جيوز أن تتضمن الرتاخيص من الفئة األوىل والثانية3
على سبيل- والثالثة حسب نوع وطبيعة كل خدمة
