Chapter Six
Type- Approval of Telecommunications
Equipment (Article 51-6)
Article 23: No person shall use or connect any
telecommunications equipment or systems directly to
the public telecommunications network unless such
equipment was compatible with the Authority’s
approved technical specifications or criteria. The
Authority may exempt any equipment or systems from
type approval according to the condition issued in this
regards.
Article 24: No person shall connect any
telecommunications equipment and systems to the
public network in a way that harms the public network,
or to use these equipment in any purpose than that for
which it was manufactured or that which is authorized,
he shall be committed to all instructions, conditions,
requirements related to equipment connection or using
equipment published by the Authority in its website or
national newspaper.
Article 25: The Authority may issue a single type
approval certificate for a number of equipment which
bear particular trademark with homogenous technical
specifications.

املوافقة على نوعية أجهزة االتصاالت

ال جيوز ألي شخص استعمال أو ربط أية:)23( املادة

لالتصاالت إال إذا كانت مستوفية للشروط و املواصفات
وهلا استثناء أية أجهزة أو،واملعايري املعتمدة من اهليئة
أنظمة من املوافقة على النوعية طبقاك للقواعد اليت

ال جيوز ألي شخص ربط أجهزة و أنظمة:)24( املادة
االتصاالت بالشبكة العامة بطريقة تؤدي إىل اإلضرار
بها أواستخدام تلك األجهزة يف أي غرض آخر غري الذي
وعليه اإللتزام بكافة،صنعت من أجله أو املسموح به
التعليمات والشروط واملتطلبات املتعلقة بربط
واستخدام تلك األجهزة واألنظمة واليت تنشرها اهليئة
.على موقعها اإللكرتوني أو الصحف احمللية
جيوز للهيئة إصدار شهادة واحدة للموافقة:)25( املادة
على نوعية جمموعة من األجهزة حتمل عالمة جتارية
.حمددة ومتجانسة يف مواصفاتها الفنية
Type Approval Department shall issue certificates of
approval on the quality of telecommunication devices
are permitted to trade in the Sultanate, including
devices used by the military for civilian purposes.
اعتماد النوعية بإصدار شهادات
وختتص دائرة
باملوافقة على نوعية أجهزة االتصاالت املسموح بتداوهلا
Article 26: No person shall manufacture, import, sell,
lease, offer for sale or lease telecommunications
equipment unless these were type-approved or
conforming to the Authority’s approved technical
specifications or criteria. Such equipment shall bear a
mark from the Authority showing their certification by
the Authority or their compatibility with the Authority’s
approved technical specifications or criteria.
ال جيوز ألي شخص القيام بصناعة أو:)26( املادة
استرياد أو بيع أو توزيع أو تأجري أو العرض للبيع أو
التأجري أجهزة وأنظمة االتصاالت ما مل تكن من
يف السلطنة مبا فيها األجهزة اليت تستخدمها اجلهات
.العسكرية يف األغراض املدنية
النوعية اليت اعتمدتها اهليئة أو مطابقة للمواصفات أو
وجيب أن حتمل هذه،املعايري الفنية املعتمدة منها
األجهزة واألنظمة ملصقا معتمدا من اهليئة يفيد أنها
معتمدة منها أو أنها مطابقة للمواصفات واملعايري
