Article 30: The Authority may impose on the licensee
to submit the technical specifications to publish it to
enable the beneficiary`s terminal equipment to be
operationally compatible with the licensee`s network.
جيوز للهيئة ان تفرض على املرخص:)30( املادة
له أن يقدم إليها املواصفات الفنية لنشرها
Article 31: A licensee may submit an application to the
Authority to disconnect the telecommunications
equipment from his network, if such equipment were
as follows:
للمرخص له التقدم للهيئة بطلب فصل:)31( املادة
أجهزة االتصاالت عن شبكاته اذا كانت تلك
1. Not type-approved by the Authority
) تسبب اإلضرار بسالمة أي شخص أو بكفاءة أي2

2. Prejudice the safety of any person or efficiency of
any service.
Article 32: The Authority shall publish in its website
the following lists:
1. Type-approved telecommunications equipment &
telecommunications systems authorized in the
Sultanate.
2. Prohibited telecommunications equipment &
systems in the Sultanate.
3. Names & Address of the recognised laboratories.
Article 33: The Authority shall adopt the international
standards issued by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) or any other international
bodies in the field of standardization Authority deems
appropriate in particular the following:
1. Conformity with security and safety standards and
not endangering the health and safety of human being,
animals or the licensees` networks & employees.
2. Controlling transmission strength at the minimum
so that jamming shall not have a negative impact on
the other surrounding devices (electromagnetic
conformity)
3. Sufficient capacity for other telecom equipment to
resist the jamming transmitted by other equipment to
work effectively (electromagnetic resistance).

تتبنى اهليئة يف اعتمادها للمعايري:)33( املادة
واملواصفات الفنية ألجهزة وأنظمة االتصاالت
املعايري القياسية الصادرة من االحتاد الدولي
لالتصاالت أو أي جهات دولية أخرى متعارف عليها
،يف جمال التقييس واليت تراها اهليئة مناسبة
:وعلى األخص ما يلي
وعدم،التوافق مع معايري األمان و السالمة.1
التسبب بأخطار ��لى صحة وسالمة االنسان و
.احليوان أو شبكات املرخص هلم والعاملني بها
التحكم بقوة االرسال للحد األدنى حتى يكون.2
التشويش الصادر ال يسبب ضرر على أداء األجهزة
