Article
43:
The
beneficiary
of
the
telecommunications services shall be prohibited of
the following:
1. acknowledge
using
telecommunications services
unlicensed
2. To infringe the privacy or confidentiality of any
person.
3. To damage, change, emit any information or data
of other people
4. To obstruct, collect, or record other`s message
from the telecommunications network.
5. Retain any information or data contradict the
public ethic system.

:االتصاالت القيام باآلتي
استخدام خدمات اتصاالت غري مرخصة مع.1
.علمه بذلك
التعدي على خصوصية أو سرية بيانات أي.2
.شخص
إتالف أو تغيري أو حمو أية بيانات أو معلومات.3
.للغري
اعرتاض أو إلتقاط أو تسجيل أي رسائل تعود.4
.إىل الغري من خالل شبكة االتصاالت
بأي معلومات أو بيانات ختالف
االحتفا.5
.النظام العام أو اآلداب
. اخرتاق أنظمة االتصاالت.6
القيام بأي عمل آخر غري مشروع حتدده.7

الباب التاسع
action defined by the
Chapter Nine
Rules and Procedures relating to Numbering
and Domain Names Plan (Article 51-9)
First: The Numbering Plan
Article 44: The numbers allocated by the Authority
to the Licensees and the personal numbers allocated
by the Licensees to the beneficiaries are considered
public property the ownership of which shall not be
transferred to any party or individual upon allocation
Article 45: The Authority shall determine allocation
fees, for numbering resources allocation and
reservation and shall publish a list of the annual fees
for the allocation and reservation of numbers and
codes and the reimbursement mechanism. Fees shall
be determined in consideration of Licensee’s benefit,
and the costs of managing and controlling the plan.
Such fees shall be collected on the basis of the
quantity, type of numbers or codes allocated or
reserved and the reservation period.

ومبراعاة نفقات إدارة اخلطة والتحكم يف استعماهلا
وجيري حتصيلها حمسوبة على أساس كمية ونوع
األرقام والرموز املخصصة أو احملجوزة ومدة
