sector for events organized by the Authority in
accordance with its terms of reference.

licensing with approval or rejection.

28 – To issue, modify or cancel Class III License.

29 – To issue, modify or revoke radio license and
licenses to provide telecommunications radio
equipment to allow the use of radio equipment in
non-standard conditions for the period specified by
him.
30 - To approve the regulations provided by
licensees to the Board on the procedure for
beneficiaries complaints by the licensees, and
determine the way to published these regulations,
and notify the licensee to reconsider and amend
such regulations.
31 – To prevent landing marine or land cable or
remove any cable has been established or operated
unless a licensee is being issued in accordance with
the provisions of the Act.
32 - To provide a certified accurate database to
public, including sufficient details to gain access to
the names registered in the register of titles through
direct access to the Internet.
33 – To require the licensee contacts the dominant

accordance with the rules and conditions issued by
