gA ፲፫ሺ፪፻፲፯ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ሇ) Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page በየጊዜው የሚወጣው ህትመት ወይም የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት የማይተሊሇፌና ጠቅሊይ የእገዲ ሆኖ ዓቃቤ ትዕዛዝ የታገዯው ወይም periodical or a broadcasting ጉዲትን service is lawful and not likely በዋና to cause any damage, revoke the የተሰጠውን impoundment order issued by በማዴረግ the Attorney General and may ካገኘው ሕጉ ውዴቅ ህትመት እንዱሇቀቅ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ሥርጭት ሊይ እንዱነሳ ትእዛዝ if it deems that the content of a ሕግን ከፌተኛ የማያስከትሌ b) 13217 የተሰጠው ሉሰጥ order the release of the publication or transmission of the barred broadcasting service. እግዴ Unless otherwise the stay of ይችሊሌ፡፡ execution is issued by an ፌርዴ ቤቱ የሰጠው ትዕዛዝ በይግባኝ appellate court the order shall be ሰሚ ፌርዴ ቤት ካሌታገዯ በስተቀር executed after the lapse of 48 ትዕዛዙ hours. በተሰጠ በ፵፰ ሰዓት ጊዜ ውስጥ ይፇጸማሌ፡፡ ፮/ በየጊዜው የሚወጣው ህትመት ወይም 6/ Once criminal proceedings have been የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ሊይ የወንጀሌ ክስ instituted ከተመሰረተ ፌርዴ ህትመቱ through a periodical or a broadcasting እንዱያዝና እንዯአስፇሊጊነቱ ቀጣይ service or an application is made to the ወይም court for a periodical to be impounded እትሞች ከማውጣት የብሮዴካስት ቤቱ እንዱታገዴ አገሌግልት or ሥርጭት መሠረት የሰጠውን ውሳኔ the offences committed transmission of a broadcasting service, the court shall እንዱታገዴ በዚህ አንቀጽ በንዑስ አንቀጽ (፬) forbid for have the power to order the publication ሇመሰረዝ to be impounded and its further ይችሊሌ፡፡ dissemination be barred or forbid the transmission of a broadcasting service, or revoke an order, that has been issued under Sub-Article (4). ፯/ በየጊዜው የሚወጣ ህትመት ሥርጭት ሊይ የሚሰጥ periodical shall contain a statement አንቀጾች፣ indicating the offending passage or የህትመቱን ቅፅ፣ ጽሁፈ የወጣበትን እትም passages in the publication which መግሇጽ occasioned the order and shall specify በተዘጋጁ ይሆናሌ፡፡ ትዕዛዝ አንቀጽ አሇበት፡፡ ህትመቶች ሇትዕዛዙ An order for the impoundment of a መነሻ የሆነውን የእገዲ 7/ ወይም እገዲውም ሊይ ሇሥርጭት ብቻ ተፇጻሚ the volume, part, issue, or installment in which these passages occur. An order for the impoundment of a periodical shall relate only to copies intended for ‹ dissemination.
