Article 12
Without prejudice to the provision of Article 36 of this Law, every disposal by an author of his entire
production of future works shall be null and void.

involving an author’s financial rights provided for in this Law.

Non-registration shall not prejudice the validity of such disposals.

the competent administrative party, and register such works in the register designated for this purpose.

Article 14
: يتمتع فنانو األداء بحقوق أدبية أبدية غير قابلة للتقادم أو التصرف فيها وهي-1
1- Performing artists shall enjoy everlasting intangible non-prescriptive rights that are neither
inalienable as follows:

. إال في الحاالت التي تمليها طريقة استخدام األداء، سواء كان حيا أو مثبتا، الحق في نسبة أدائهم إليهم-أ
a- Right to attribute their performance to them, whether live or affixed, except in the cases
imposed by the method of enjoyment of the performance.
b- Right to prevent any misrepresentation, distortion or any other alteration to their الحق في منع أي تحريف أو تشويه أو أي تعديل في أدائهم أو أي مساس به يكون من شأنه اإلضرار بشرف فناني-ب

performance that would undermine their reputation. Disposal of any such rights shall be
