Article 82 (Restoration of Rights) When one half of the term of a suspended sentence has elapsed for any person who had been sentenced to suspension of qualifications without being sentenced to a further suspension of qualifications or heavier punishment after compensating the victim for his or her damages, the recovery of qualification may be granted upon the request of the person himself or herself or a public prosecutor.
