35 – To issue certificate of the outcome of the
examination and inspection of systems and
telecommunication devices in the light of the
technical standards approved by international
organizations and adopted by the Authority, and
cases of modification and cancellation of such
certificates and fees charged by the Authority for
inspection or examination or certification or
modified.
36 - To refer the violators to the investigation
authorities.
37 – To conduct reconciliation with violators of the
provisions of Act who apply for reconciliation
before taking legal actions against their breaches.
38 - To require licensees to observe traffic rules
and take the necessary measures and procedures to
protect the beneficiaries and public and private
property and re-routes traffic to what it was in
accordance with the Oman specifications standard
and compensate all those affected by the acts
referred to.
39 – To divide the radio stations into types, and to
identify the nature of the service provided by each
type, and locate each station, and the adoption of
the code call its own.
