Article 93: The dominant licensee shall be obliged
of the following:
1.
Treat the other licensees the same treatment
with his branches or corporate where he has a
share of its capital in relation of the followings:
a.
The
provision
telecommunications services
of

technical interfaces.

2. To offer other telecommunications services
providers to resale of his service at retail prices to
the final users out of telecommunications services
providers with reasonable prices.
3. Do not impose any conditions or unreasonable
or discriminatory limits on retailing of these
services.
4. Offer the access to the network on the basis of
service packages, with prices and conditions cost
based, non-discriminatory and transparent in the
purpose
of
the
provision
of
public
telecommunications services.
5. Leased circuit services in accordance with the
terms of fair and based on the prices reasonable
and non-discriminatory, if this service is provided
to
the
purpose
of
providing
public
telecommunications services shall be in accordance
with the prices based on cost and capacity.
أ) توفري خدمات االتصاالت العامة وتقدميها وأسعارها

كانت هذه اخلدمرة تقردم إىل أغرراض تقرديم خردمات
اتصاالت عامة وجب أن تكون وفقاك ألسعار مبنية علرى
