Article71: The licensee shall grant the quality of the
licensed services, as follows:
على املرخص له لضمان جودة اخلدمات:)71( املادة
: اإللتزام باآلتي،املرخصة
1.
Telecommunications network shall be free of
any deficit, compliance to ITU standards and the
Authority Standards.
) أن تكون شبكة االتصاالت سليمة من الناحية الفنية1
ومتوافقة مع معايري االحتاد الدولي لالتصاالت واملعايري
2. The network shall have the appropriate capacity to
encompass the prospected flow, service being
provided and the possibility to expand.
) أن تتوفر يف الشبكة السعة الالزمة الستيعاب حجم2
3. The network shall have the capacity to provide the
necessary backup to ensure the quality levels
determined by the Authority.
Article 72: The Authority shall request the Licensee
to submit within a reasonable period the information
it specifies on the levels of performance achieved and
their cost in relation to each of the Licensed Services
in accordance with the conditions of the License.
Article 73: The licensee shall provide the Authority
with any information specified for the performance
evaluation within a specific period determined by the
Authority; unless an excuse acceptable to the
Authority is given by the Licensee to exceed this
period.
Article 74: If the excuse was not acceptable to the
Authority or the information provided were found to
be unsatisfactory, a fine shall be inflicted on the
Licensee as determined by the Authority but not
exceeding the fines stated in Article (68) of the Act.
Article 75: The Licensee shall pay the fine stipulated
in the preceding article within (15) fifteen days of its
notification by the Authority’s decision. In case of
delay of payment, fine shall be doubled or any other
procedure may be taken against the licensee according
to Article (51) Repeated of the Act.

يلتزم املرخص له بتزويد اهليئة بأي معلومات:)73( املادة
ما مل يقدم، خالل املدة اليت حتددها،تطلبها لتقييم األداء
. للهيئة عذرا تقبله لتجاوز هذه املدة
إذا مل تقبل اهليئة العذر أو وجدت أن املعلومات:)74( املادة
املقدمة ال تفى بالغرض وقعت على املرخص له غرامة
مالية وفقا ملا حتدده اهليئة مبا ال جتاوز الغرامة املنصوص

يلتزم املرخص له بسداد قيمة الغرامة:)75( املادة
املنصوص عليها يف املادة السابقة خالل مخسة عشر يوما
ويف حالة،من تاريخ إخطاره بقرار اهليئة بتوقيعها
التأخر يف سدادها يف هذا امليعاد تضاعف الغرامة أو تتخذ
