43- To prepare the necessary controls to prevent
harmful interference between radio stations, and
prevent the use of hardware and non-standard
equipment that would cause such interference.

44 – To identify areas appropriate to serve the radio
stations to observe the optimal use of frequencies.

45 – To monitor the frequency spectrum to prevent
interference that would be damage to the radio
stations or devices licensed.

46 – To Maintain a database of all the stations and
radio telecommunications devices in the Sultanate.
47 – To determine the term, the licensee shall,
coming in to stop the activity specified in the
license, and the payment of amounts due as a result
to users or others.
48 – To approve the use of confidential language, or
secret signal or code in the messages and radio talks.
49 – To prepare a long-term strategy plan to achieve
the Authority fundamental objectives, issue
decisions and instructions and orders necessary to
implement this strategy and reviewed on a regular
basis.
50 – To prepare a work plan of the Authority and
presented to the Board for approval.
51 – To take any of the following procedures set
forth in Article (51 Repeated) of the Act if they are
found in violation of its provisions, regulations and
decisions issued in implementation thereof:
A – To remove the violation at the expense of the
violator.
B – To collect a fine of not more than (1000000)
million (OMR) for each violation.
C – To seize equipment, devices and machines until
adjudication of the dispute by a court judgment.
