ADDENDA <Act No. 18483, Oct. 19, 2021> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into one year after the date of its promulgation. Article 2 (Transitional Measures concerning Grounds for Disqualification of Business Entities Responsible for Detecting Illegal Wiretapping Equipment) Notwithstanding the amended provisions of subparagraph 3 of Article 10-4, the previous provisions shall apply to a person who filed for registration of illegal wiretapping equipment detection service before this Act enters into force. ADDENDA <Act No. 19103, Dec. 27, 2022> Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. Article 2 (Applicability to Disposal of Materials Acquired through Emergency CommunicationRestricting Measures without Permission of Court) The provisions governing the destruction of materials acquired through emergency communicationrestricting measures, among the amended provisions of Article 8 (5), (6), and (10) (including communication-restricting measures under paragraph (8) of that Article; hereafter in this Article, the same shall apply), shall begin to apply from the time starting the execution of emergency communication-restricting measures after the enforcement of this Act. Article 3 (Transitional Measures concerning Preparation and Service of Notice of Emergency Communication-Restricting Measures) Notwithstanding the amended provisions of Article 8 (5) through (7), the previous provisions shall apply to the preparation, service, etc. of a notice of emergency communication-restricting measures, the execution of which started before this Act enters into force and ended within a period of 36 hours from the starting time.
