17. To take the necessary measures for detecting of
behaviors or incidents that prevents the provision of
competition in the telecommunications sector.
18 – To prepare the necessary programs to raise
awareness
of
the
importance
of
the
telecommunications sector and the impact that
relates the development of the sector development
plans.
19 – To prepare lists of technical terms used in the
telecommunications sector and take necessary
actions to publish them.
20 – To produce opinions on issues related to
telecommunications industry.
21 – To examine beneficiaries or licensees
complaints or from any other person and take the
proper procedures to solve them.
22 – To coordination with other ministries and
government units and chambers of commerce and
industry, unions and other organizations working in
the field of telecommunications.
23 – To develop the work system, and supervise the
staff of the Authority, and follow up on the
financial, administrative and coordination of work
between them and any entity with a relationship.
24 – To sign contracts to which the Authority is a
party, within the limits of his powers.
25 – To appoint an auditor or more of the legally
authorized to practice the profession of accounting
and auditing, and after the approval of a financial
and management of the state audit.
