Decision Making and Complaints Handling Procedure ‹ ፩/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት የቀረበን የፇቃዴ ማመሌከቻ የወሰነውን ከገመገመ ውሳኔ፣ ምክንያቶችንና በኋሊ ሇውሳኔው ፇቃደ 1/ license ያዯረሱ ሊይ After considering any application for a made in terms of this Proclamation, the Authority shall: ተግባራዊ የሚሆኑ የፇቃዴ ሁኔታዎችና ግዳታዎችን፡ሀ) ሇአመሌካቹ በጽሁፌ a) ያሳውቃሌ፤ notify the applicant of its decision, the reasons for that እንዱሁም decision and any license terms and conditions applicable; and ሇ) በዴረ-ገጹ፣ ሰፉ ሥርጭት ባሇው b) publish such information in the ጋዜጣ ወይም በላሊ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን its website, newspaper with ውጤት ሇሕዝብ ያሳውቃሌ፡፡ wider circulation or other media outlets. [ ፪/ የፇቃዴ ማመሌከቻው አመሌካች የፇቃደ ግዳታዎች ተገቢውን የፇቃዴ 2/ Where the application is accepted, the applicant shall be issued with a በባሇሥሌጣኑ certificate of license, upon signing ስምምነት terms and conditions of a license የፇቃዴ በመፇረምና ያገኘ ሁኔታዎችና የፇቃዴ በመቀበሌ የተዘጋጀውን በመፇጸም ተቀባይነት የፇቃዴ ምስክር agreement, prepared by the Authority ክፌያ and payment of the required license fee. ወረቀት ይሰጠዋሌ፡፡ ፫/ ባሇሥሌጣኑ ፇቃዴ በመስጠት ጉዲይ ሊይ 3/ The Authority shall consider the ውሳኔ ሇማስተሊሇፌ የሚከተለትን ከግንዛቤ following in its decisions on the grant ውስጥ ማስገባት አሇበት፡- of a license: ሀ) በጽሁፌ በቀረበው ማመሌከቻ a) በመገምገም፣ from the written application and ሕዝባዊ አስተያየት የማይሰጥ ከሆነ any written presentations made በፅሁፌ to it where a public hearing is የተገኘውን መረጃ የቀረበሇትን ማንኛውም not held; ማስረጃ፤ ሇ) an assessment of information በሕዝባዊ ከዚያ አስተያየት በኋሊ መዴረኩና ባለት b) hearing ጊዜያት የቀረቡትን የቃሌና የጽሁፌ ማስረጃዎችን ጨምሮ የሕዝባዊ the proceedings of the public including oral and written presentations made at the hearing or soon after the hearing; and አስተያየቱን ውጤት፤ እና ሏ) ከሕዝባዊ አስተያየት ውጭ የተገኘ ማንኛውም ዓይነት መረጃ፡፡ c) other information solicited or made available to it outside the public hearing
