gA ፲፫ሺ፻፸፰ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፶፪. የፕሮግራም እና የዜና ኃሊፉ የማሳወቅ ግዯታ ፩/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 52. ባሇፇቃዴ Obligation to Notify a Person in Charge of Program and News 1/ ሇሚያሠራጨው ፕሮግራም እና ዜና ኃሊፉ 13178 A broadcasting service licensee shall ��ዴርጎ የሚመዴበውን ሰው ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ notify to the Authority the person ማሳወቅ አሇበት፡፡ assigned to be in charge of programs and news. ፪/ የዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) ዴንጋጌ 2/ The provision of Sub-Article (1) of this Article shall not relieve the licensee of የመገናኛ ብዙሃኑን ኃሊፉነት አያስቀረውም፡፡ its responsibility. ፶፫. በህትመትና የብሮዴካስት ሥርጭት ሊይ የሚገሇፁ መረጃዎች ፩/ ማንኛውም ህትመት ዓይነት በየጊዜው በእያንዲንደ የሚወጣ እትም 53. Information on Periodicals, Broadcast Transmission and Online Media 1/ shall carry the name and address of the ሊይ publisher, the printer and the editor in የአሳታሚውን፣ የአታሚውን፣ የዋና አዘጋጁን chief and; the volume and number of ስምና አዴራሻ፣ የህትመቱን ቅፅ፣ ቁጥር፣ ህትመቱ የሚወጣበትን ጊዜ እና Periodicals, under each publication, the periodical periodicity, date of ታትሞ publication and price in a discernible የወጣበትን ቀን፣ ወር፣ ዓመተ ምህረት እና manner. ዋጋ በግሌጽ በሚታይ ቦታ ሊይ ማስፇር አሇበት፡፡ ፪/ ማንኛውም የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ በእያንዲንደ የፕሮግራም 2/ Any broadcasting service licensee shall, at the beginning and end of each ሥርጭት መጀመሪያና ማብቂያ ሊይ፡- program, state: ሀ) a) የጣቢያውን ሥምና የተሊሇፇበትን ቀን፤ እና ሇ) of transmission; and የፕሮግራሙን ኃሊፉ ወይም አዘጋጅ b) ሥም መግሇጽ አሇበት፡፡ ፫/ እንዯተጠበቀ ሆኖ የቴላቪዥን አገሌግልት ሥርጭት አሇበት፡፡ በእያንዲንደ የጣቢያውን the name of the director or producer of the program. በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፪) የተዯነገገው ባሇፇቃዴ the name of the station and date የፕሮግራም ምሌክት ማካተት 3/ Without prejudice to Sub-Article (2) of this Article, a television service licensee shall, include the station‟s logo in each transmission of programs.
