Transmission of Governmental Emergency ስሇማሠራጨት Statements ማንኛውም የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ፡ Any ፩/ transmit, free of charge, any emergency የሕዝቡን ሠሊምና ዯህንነት የሚያናጋ service licensee shall statement given by the Federal or Regional ሁኔታ፤ ወይም ፪/ broadcasting state government due to the occurrence of: የተፇጥሮ አዯጋ የሕዝቡን ጤንነት በማጋጠሙ አዯጋ ወይም ሊይ 1/ የሚጥሌ an incident that endangers the peace and security of the public; or ወረርሽኝ በሽታ፤ በመከሰቱ ምክንያት 2/ የፋዳራሌ መንግሥት ወይም ማንኛውም የክሌሌ a natural disaster or an epidemic that threatens public health. መንግሥት የሚሰጠውን አስቸኳይ መግሇጫዎች ያሇክፌያ ማሠራጨት አሇበት፡፡ ፷፮. ፕሮግራም ቀርጾ ስሇመያዝ ፩/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ ማንኛውንም ያሠራጨውን ፕሮግራም ሇ፴ ቀናት ቀርጾ ማስቀመጥ አሇበት፤ በፕሮግራሙ ውስጥ ቀዯም ሲሌ የተቀረጸ ፕሮግራም ወይም ፉሌም ተካቶ ከሆነ አብሮ መቀመጥና በተፇሇገ መረጋገጥ አሇበት፡፡ ጊዜ ሉገኝ መቻለ 66. Keeping Records of Program 1/ A broadcasting service licensee shall keep the record of any transmitted program for 30 days; where the program contains a previously recorded program or film, such program or film shall be included in the record in such a way that it is accessible when required.
