The Access to Information Bill,2015 "Provided that the restriction from circulation shall only relate to exempt information provided for in section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act 2012" . (3) The Act is amended in section 6 by deleting subsections (2) and (3). (4) Section 7 of the Act is amended by inserting the expression "in consultation with the Commission on Administrative Justice and" immediately before the words "with the approval of the Minister". Public Offi.cer Ethics Act,2003 3. (l) This paragraph amends the Public Officer No. 4 of 2003 Ethics Act,2003. (2) Section 4l of the Act is amended by inserting the following proviso immediately after the word "both" appearing in the last line- "Provided that the provision of this section as to divulging of information without lawful excuse shall only apply to exempt information provided for in section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2012." Official Secrets Act 4. (1) This paragraph amends the Official Secrets Cap. 187 Act. (2) Section 3 of the Act is repealed. Statistics Act,2006 5. (l) This paragraph amends the Statistics Act, 2006. (2) Section 11 of the Act be amended by inserting the following new proviso immediately after the word "Act" appearing in the last line- "Provided that the provision of this section as to secrecy shall only apply to exempt information provided for in section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act 2012."
