8 Laws of Malaysia ACT 747 PART I PRELIMINARY Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette. Application 2. This Act shall apply to security offences. Interpretation 3.
