SECTION III Information Technology Application to Commerce Article 29 Principles for information technology application to commerce 1. Organizations and individuals shall be entitled to apply information technology to commerce. 2. Commercial activities in the network environment must comply with this Law, the law on commerce and the law on e-transactions Article 30 Websites for sale of goods 1. An organization or individual shall be entitled to establish a website for sale of goods in accordance with this Law and other relevant laws. 2. A website for sale of goods must satisfy the following principal requirements: 3. (a) Supplying adequate and accurate information on goods, services, conditions for transactions, procedures for dispute settlement and compensation for loss; (b) Supplying consumers with information on safe and convenient modes of payment in the network environment; (c) Publicizing cases where consumers shall be entitled to cancel or amend agreements in the network environment. Organizations and individuals owning a website for sale of goods shall be responsible for the information contents posted on their website, and shall implement the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws on execution of contracts, orders, payment, advertisement and sale promotion. Article 31 1. 2. Supply of information for execution of contracts in the network environment An organization or individual selling goods and/or providing services shall supply the following information for execution of a contract, unless otherwise agreed by the parties concerned: (a) Steps to be carried out for execution of a contract in the network environment; (b) Technical measures for identifying and modifying incorrectly loaded information; (c) Archive of contract files and permission for access to such files.
