FEDERAL CONSTITUTIONAL LAW NO. 1-FKZ DATED 30 JANUARY 2002 (THE “LAW ON MARTIAL LAW”) Article 7 of the Law on Martial Law provides that where a state of martial law has been declared, the military will have the power to censor communications, including those being transmitted via telecommunications networks.
