3.5. Websites that provide information about government organizations and business organizations, social
networks, personal blogs, and information related to their activities are not subject to this requirement.

3.6. The licensee is prohibited from transferring the rights, duties, responsibilities, and relations related to
the main activity granted by the license to others.
4. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
When creating, distributing and promoting content, the relevant laws of Mongolia and the concept of
national security (including 3.3.3.Strengthening national unity and 3.3.4.Social stability) will be followed,
and the creation and distribution of content that violates the following and other relevant laws is
prohibited by law.
4.1. Article 5.1, 5.2, 8.1, 8.1.2, 8.1.3, 9.3 of Article 5 of the Law on Combating Obscenity and Article 123
