(1) This Regulation applies with respect to licence contracts registered under section 70 of the Act. (2) The certificate of registration under section 70(1) of the Act shall be in Form IP 21. (3) In addition to the information required under section 70(5) of the Act, the following shall be set out in the patent register — (a) the addresses of the persons referred to in section 70(5)(a) of the Act; (b) the date the registration takes effect; (c) the duration of the contract; and (d) if the contract was submitted for registration by an agent, the name and address of the agent. (4) The additional information set out in paragraph (3) shall be published along with the information that is required to be published under section 70(5) of the Act. (5) The information required to be published under section 70(5) of the Act shall be published by the Managing Director. Licences as of right. 42. (1) This Regulation applies with respect to entries in the patent register under section 79 of the Act to the effect that licences are to be available as of right.
