(11) The National Telecommunication Corporation Fund shall consist of__
(i) grants made by the Federal Government and the Provincial Governments and Corporation;
(ii) loans obtained from the Federal Government;
(iii) sale proceeds of bonds issued under the authority of the Federal Government;
(iv) loans obtained with the special or general sanction of the Federal Government; and
(v) all other sums received and charges collected by the National Telecommunication
Corporation.
(12) The accounts of the National Telecommunication Corporation shall be maintained in such
form and manner as the Federal Government may determine in consultation with the Auditor‑General
of Pakistan who shall be responsible for audits of the accounts of National Telecommunication
Corporation.
(13) For the purpose of audit, the National Telecommunication Corporation shall produce such
accounts and books and connected documents and furnish such explanations and information, as the
Auditor‑General, or any officer authorized by him on this behalf may require.
(14) Copies of the audit report shall be sent to the National Telecommunication Corporation and
to the Federal Government and shall also be available for public inspection.
(15) The National Telecommunication Corporation shall comply with any directive issued by the
Federal Government or the Public Accounts Committee of the National Assembly for the rectification
of an audit objection.
(16) The National Telecommunication Corporation may, in addition to the audit by the
Auditor‑General, cause its accounts to be audited by internal or other external auditors.
(17) The National Telecommunication Corporation may, with the approval of the Federal
Government, by notification in the official Gazette, make regulations for the management and
operation of its business and activities.
