Arrest and Detention With out prejudice the provisions stipulated õሺíÿ÷ï ፪/ ኤጀንሲው ሪፖርት የሚቀርብበትን ፎርም እና ሥርዓት በተመለከተ በመመሪያ ይወስናል፡፡ ልዩ ሕጎች 1/ where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a computer crime is committed ፳፰. ስለመያዝና በእስር ስለማቆየት በሌሎች in special laws, የተደነገጉት ሁኔታዎች or under commission, police may arrest እንደተጠበቁ ሆነው፣ suspects in accordance with the provisions ፩/ በዚህ አዋጅ የተመለከተ የኮምፒዩተር ወንጀል of the Criminal Procedure Code. ለመፈጸሙ ወይም እየተፈፀመ ስለመሆኑ በቂ ጥርጣሬ ሲኖር በወንጀል ሕግ ሥነ-ሥርዓት በተደነገገው መሰረት ፖሊስ ተጠርጣሪዎችን ሊይዝ ይችላል፤ ፪/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) መሰረት የተያዘ ሰው ምርመራ ያልተጠናቀቀ እንደሆነ በወንጀል ሕግ ሥነ-ሥርዓት በተደነገገው መሰረት ተጨማሪ የምርመራ ጊዜ ሊሰጥ ይችላል፤ ሆኖም በጠቅላላ የሚሰጠው ተጨማሪ የምርመራ ጊዜ ከአራት ወራት መብለጥ የለበትም፡፡ ክፍል አራት የማስረጃና የሥነ-ሥርዓት ድንጋጌዎች 2/ Where the investigation on the person arrested pursuant to sub-article (1) of this Article is not completed, remand may be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code; provided, however, the overall remand period may not exceed four months. PART FOUR EVIDENTIARY AND PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS 29.
