Maldives!under!funds!from!state!budget,!or!under! funds!received!from!a!foreign!government,!or!under! funds!from!an!international!body,!notwithstanding! what!is!stated!otherwise!in!another!statute,!shall!be! applicable!to!all!the!provisions!that!are!applicable!to! the!state@offices!under!this!Act.!And!all!provisions!of! this!Act!that!are!administered!upon!state@offices!shall! be!equally!applied!to!these!bodies.! ! 73! (a)! The!regulations!necessary!to!implement!the! provisions!of!this!Act,!according!to!the! intentions!of!this!Act!shall!be!formulated!and! enforced!by!the!Information!Commissioner.! ! ! (b)! In!formulation!and!enforcement!of!regulations! mentioned!in!subsection!(a)!of!this!section,!the! Information!Commissioner!must!consult!those! likely!to!be!affected!or!those!required!to! administer!the!regulations.! ! ! (c)!
