Regulations relating to Tribunal
35. The Minister may make regulations in respect of the Tribunal
and in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the
foregoing, in respect of the following matters:
(a) prescribing the manner in which any matter may be
referred to the Tribunal;
(b) prescribing the procedure to be adopted by the Tribunal
in dealing with any matter referred to it under this Act
and the records to be kept by the Tribunal;
(c) prescribing the manner in which the Tribunal shall be
convened and the place where the Tribunal shall hold
its sittings;
(d) prescribing a scale of costs and fees payable in respect of
any inquiry or proceedings before the Tribunal; and
(e) generally for the better carrying out of the functions
assigned to the Tribunal by this Act.
Part VI
REMEDIES FOR INFRINGEMENTS AND OFFENCES
Infringements
36. (1) Copyright is infringed by any person who does, or causes
any other person to do, without the licence of the owner of the
copyright, an act the doing of which is controlled by copyright
under this Act.
(2) Copyright is infringed by any person who, without the
consent or licence of the owner of the copyright, imports an
article into Malaysia for the purpose of—
(a) selling, letting for hire, or by way of trade, offering or
exposing for sale or hire, the article;
