This Act may be cited as the Republic of Malawi (Constitution) Act. � [Ch0000c2]2. Repeal of the 1966 Constitution The Republic of Malawi (Constitution) Act, 1966, and the Constitution enacted thereunder and amended from time to time are hereby repealed. [Ch0000c3]3. The Constitution of the Republic of Malawi The Constitution set out hereunder shall be the Constitution of the Republic of Malawi and which shall come into force in accordance with the provisions thereof.
