(b) The date of each production run and whether the production was of production parts or manufactured optical discs. (c) The quantity of good copies of each optical disc title produced. (d) The quantity of reject copies of each optical disc title produced. (e) The quantity and title of optical discs remaining in stock. (f) The quantity, date of delivery and manufacturer's codes of any discs or production parts that were produced by a subcontractor, and the name and address of the subcontractor.
