gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ሇ) Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page በፌርዴ ቤት ውሳኔ ከሲቪሌ ወይም b) an organization of which its ከፖሇቲካ መብቶቹ የታገዯ ወይም owner or any of its owners or a ሙለ በሙለ ወይም በከፉሌ የሕግ member of its management is ችልታውን ያጣ ሰው ባሇቤት ወይም deprived of exercising his civil ከባሇቤቶቹ የበሊይ or political rights or has fully or የሆነበት partially lost his legal capacity አንደ አመራር አካሌ ወይም አባሌ by a decision of court. ዴርጅት፡፡ ፪/ 13160 የሚከተለት ሰዎች ውስን በሆነ የሬዱዮ 2/ The following persons shall not be ሞገዴ በመጠቀም የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት issued with broadcasting service license ሇመስጠት ፇቃዴ አይሰጣቸውም፡- using the limited radio spectrum: ሀ) a) በውጭ ሀገር ዜጎች የተቋቋመ የሕግ a body that is conferred with a ሰውነት ያሇው አካሌ ወይም የውጪ legal personality and established ሀገር ዜጋ ከካፒታለ ከ፳፭ በመቶ by foreign nationals or an organization conferred with a በሊይ የአክስዮን ባሇዴርሻ የሆነበት በኢትዮጵያ ሕግ መሠረት legal የሕግ personality under Ethiopian law where more than ሰውነት የተሰጠው አካሌ፤ ወይም 25 percent of its capital shares are owned by foreign nationals; or ‹ ሇ) b) የሃይማኖት ተቋማት፡፡ religious institutions registered by the relevant organ. [ ፫/ የሚከተለት ሰዎች ውስን የሆነውን የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ የማይጠቀሙ አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ 3/ The following persons may be issued የብሮዴካስት with broadcasting service licenses not ዓይነቶች ሉሰጣቸው using the limited radio spectrum: ዜጎች የተቋቋመ a) ይችሊሌ፡ሀ) በውጭ ሀገር a body that is conferred with a ዴርጅት ወይም የውጪ ሀገር ዜጎች legal personality established by በካፒታለ ሊይ ከ፳፭ በመቶ በታች Ethiopian nationals and less የአክስዮን ባሇዴርሻ የሆኑበት የሕግ than 25 percent of its capital ሰውነት ያሇው አካሌ፤ ወይም shares are owned by foreign organizations or foreign nationals; or ሇ) b) የሃይማኖት ተቋማት፡፡ religious institutions registered by the relevant organ. ፬/ በሌዩ ተቋማት ሕግ ካሌተፇቀዯ የብሮዴካስት ሉሰጣቸው አይችሌም፡፡ በስተቀር የመንግሥት አገሌግልት ፇቃዴ 4/ Unless otherwise permitted under exceptional considerations by law, governmental institutions can not be issued broadcasting service licenses.
