gA ፲፫ሺ፻፷፯ ፬/ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ማሻሻያው የተፇሇገው አስተዲዯር ከሬዱዮ ጋር ሞገዴ በተገናኘ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page 4/ 13167 Where the amendment is required for ከሆነ reasons relating to the management of በኮሙኒኬሽን አገሌግልት አዋጁ መሠረት the radio spectrum the amendment shall የሚፇጸም ይሆናሌ፡፡ be effected in accordance with the Communications Service Proclamation. ፭/ የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ 5/ A broadcasting service licensee shall, as appropriate, obtain an expansion license እንዯአግባብነቱ፡- from the Authority when it intends to: ‹‹[[[[[[[[ ሀ) ተጨማሪ ሥርጭት ሇማካሔዴ a) upgrade the capacity of the የጣቢያውን አቅም ሇማሳዯግ ወይም station to provide additional የማሠራጫ መሣሪያውን አቅም transmission or to upgrade the ሇማሳዯግ የቴክኖልጂ ሇውጥ capacity of the transmitter to make technological changes; ሇማዴረግ ከፇሇገ፤ [[[[[[ ሇ) ሏ) የማሠራጫ መሣሪያውን ጉሌበት b) change the capacity of the ከተፇቀዯው መጠን ሇመሇወጥ ወይም transmitter from the permitted ቦታ ሇመቀየር ከፇሇገ፤ level or change the place; የአንቴናውን ተሸካሚ ዓይነትና ምሰሶውን ሇመሇወጥ ወይም c) የአንቴና of the pillar holding the antenna ርዝመት ቦታ change the type and the length or place of the antenna or; ሇመቀየር ከፇሇገ፤ ወይም፣ መ) ተጨማሪ የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ ሇማግኘት d) obtain additional radio wave. ከፇሇገ፤ ከባሇሥሌጣኑ የማስፊፉያ ፇቃዴ ማግኘት ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ ፮/ ባሇፇቃደ ቀዯም ብል ፇቃዴ በወሰዯበት የሬዱዮ ሞገዴ በመጠቀም የሚሰራጭ 6/ When a broadcasting service licensee requests an expansion license for the ሊይ radio wave license issued earlier for የቴክኖልጂ ማስፊፉያ ሇማዴረግ ሲጠይቅ technological expansion and to comply በዚህ the criteria under Sub-Article (5) of this የብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት አንቀጽ በንዑስ ፇቃዴ አንቀጽ (፭) የተጠቀሰውን መስፇርት ሇማሟሊት ባሇሥሌጣኑ የሚከተለትን ማረጋገጥ Article, the Authority shall ascertain: አሇበት፡ሀ) የተመረጠው ሇታቀዯው መሆኑን፤ ማስፊፉያ አገሌግልት ቦታ ተስማሚ a) the efficiency of the proposed expansion area for intended service;
