gA ፲፫ሺ፻፺፮ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ሠ) Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page የብሮዴካስ ፕሮግራሙን ሇማመንጨት (e) 13196 by persons referred to under ከተሳተፈት ዋነኛ ሰዎች አብዛኛዎቹ Sub-Article 8 paragraph (a), (b), በኢትዮጵያ ቋሚ ነዋሪ የሆኑ ዜጎች (c) or (d), in circumstances ሆነው ከሊይ በንዑስ አንቀጽ ፰ ፉዯሌ where the prescribed number of ተራ (ሀ)፣ (ሇ)፣ (ሏ) ወይም (መ) key personnel who are involved በተጠቀሱት in ግሇሰቦች ሲሰራ፤ the production of the television program, are citizens ወይም፣ of, and permanently resident in, Ethiopia; or ረ) የብሮዴካስት ፕሮግራሙን ሇማመንጨት (f) by persons referred to under አብዛኛው ወጪ በኢትዮጵያ የወጣ ሆኖ Sub-Article 8 paragraph (a), (b), በዚህ ንዑስ አንቀጽ ፰ ፉዯሌ ተራ (ሀ)፣ (c) or (d), in circumstances (ሇ)፣ where the prescribed percentage (ሏ) ወይም (መ) በተጠቀሱት of the production costs are ግሇሰቦች ሲሰራ፡፡ incurred in Ethiopia. ፱/ በብሮዴካስት አገሌግልት ባሇፇቃዴ 9/ A musical work broadcast by a የሚሰራጭ የሙዚቃ ሥራ እንዯ “ሀገራዊ broadcasting service licensee qualifies ሙዚቃ” ከሚከተለት as „„Domestic music‟‟ if such work መስፇርቶች ውስጥ ቢያንስ ሁሇቱን ሲያሟሊ complies with at least two of the ነው፡- following criteria, namely: ሀ) የሚቆጠረው ግጥም ካሇውና ግጥሙ በኢትዮጵያ (a) ዜጋ የተፃፇ ከሆነ፤ ሇ) by an Ethiopian citizen; ሙዚቃው በኢትዮጵያ ዜጋ የተዘጋጀ (b) ግጥሙ ወይም ሙዚቃው በዋነኛነት በኢትዮጵያ if the music was written by an Ethiopian citizen; ከሆነ፤ ሏ) if the lyrics (if any) were written ዜጋ ወይም (c) ዜጎች if the music or lyrics was or were principally performed by የተዘጋጀ ከሆነ፤ እና፣ musicians who are Ethiopian citizens; and መ) የሙዚቃ ሥራው በጠቅሊሊ ኢትዮጵያ (d) if the musical work consists of a ውስጥ የተከናወነ፣ ወይም የተቀረፀና live የተሰራጨ recorded wholly in Ethiopia; or ከሆነ፡፡ የቀጥታ ክንውን አካሌ performance which is performed wholly in Ethiopia and broadcast live in Ethiopia.
