Fine ፸፭. የገንዘብ ቅጣትን ስሇመጣሌ ፩/ complaint mechanism; or ቀሊሌ ጥፊቶችን ከፇፀመ፤ ፪/ emergency violating provision dealing with internal ካሌተወጣ፤ ወይም፣ ላልች of statements; ቸ) ውስጣዊ የቅሬታ አፇታት ሥርዓትን ኀ) dealing የሚከተለትን ጥፊቶች የፇጸመ ማንኛውም ሰው ሊይ ባሇሥሌጣኑ እንዯአግባብነቱ የሚከተሇውን የገንዘብ ቅጣት ይጥሌበታሌ፤ ሀ) በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፳፭፣፴ ወይም አንቀጽ ፵፬ የተዯነገገውን ከተሊሇፇ እስከ ብር ፻፶ሺ (መቶ ሃምሳ ሺህ ብር) በሚዯርስ ይቀጣሌ፡፡ የገንዘብ መቀጮ 1/ Any person that commits the following offenses shall be punished with the fines stated below, as the Authority deems appropriate: a) violating Article 25, 30 or Article 44 of this Proclamation shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding Birr 150,000 (One Hundered Fifty Thousand Birr).
