gA ፲፫ሺ፻፴፪ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፯/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ከመንግሥታዊ የኃሊፉነት ቦታ ሥሌጣኑን አሇአግባብ በመጠቀሙ 7/ ያሌተከሰሰና 13132 has not been compelled to resign or been removed from government offices ቤት as a result of conviction or judicial የሲቪሌ መብቱ የተገፇፇ በመሆኑ የተነሳ suspension of civil rights, on account of ከሥራ ኃሊፉነቱ ተገድ ያሌሇቀቀ ወይም abuse of office. ያሌተፇረዯበት፣ ወይም በፌርዴ ያሌተባረረ፤ መሆን ይኖርበታሌ፡፡ ‹‹‹‹‹‹ 12. ፲፪. የቦርደ ሥሌጣንና ተግባራት Powers and Functions of the Board The Board shall have the following powers and ቦርደ፡- functions: ፩/ የዚህን አዋጅ አፇጻጸምና የባሇሥሌጣኑን 1/ oversee the implementation of this Proclamation and the activities of the ሥራዎች በበሊይነት ይቆጣጠራሌ፤ Authority; ፪/ የባሇሥሌጣኑን እንዱሁም የሥራ የሥራ እቅዴና በጀት እንቅስቃሴ 2/ ሪፖርት activity reports of the Authority at least ቢያንስ በዓመት ሁሇት ጊዜ ይገመግማሌ፤ ፫/ የባሇሥሌጣኑን የሥራ ኃሊፉዎች እና review the work plan, budget and twice a year; 3/ prepare administrative and employment ሠራተኞች የቅጥርና የአስተዲዯር መመሪያ Directives that officials and employees ያወጣሌ፤ of the Authority abide by; and decide የዯሞዝ፣ የአበሌ እና ላልች on ጥቅማ ጥቅሞችን ይወስናሌ፤ salary, allowances and other benefits; ፬/ በዚህ አዋጅ መሠረት የተቀመጡ በማዴረግ፣ የባሇሥሌጣኑን ግሌፅ መስፇርቶችን በመመሌ��ሌ a candidate for a Director General of ዲይሬክተር the Authority, to be appointed in ሇመንግሥት accordance with the criteria under this አቅርቦ Proclamation ያሰይማሌ፤ ፭/ recruit and nominate to the government ሂዯት በሆነ ዋና 4/ in an open and transparent process; የባሇሥሌጣኑን ውሳኔዎች በይግባኝ 5/ on appeal, examine and decide on ይመሇከታሌ፡፡ አመሌካቾች እና ባሇፇቃድች የሚያቀርቧቸውን review the decisions of the Authority complaints brought by applicants and አቤቱታዎች፤ licensees, examine and decide on public ባሇፇቃድችን አስመሌክቶ ከሕዝብ የቀረቡ grievances concerning licensees and ቅሬታዎችን እና የዚህን አዋጅ አፇጻጸም review complaints regarding decisions በሚመሇከት በተሰጡ made in the course of implementing የሚቀርቡ አቤቱታዎችን ውሳኔዎች ሊይ መርምሮ this Proclamation; ይወስናሌ፤ [
