gA ፲፫ሺ፻፵፮ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፳፮. በየጊዜው የሚወጣ የህትመት ሥራ ምዝገባ ፩/ 26. ማንኛውም የኢትዮጵያ ዜግነት ያሇው በየጊዜው የሚወጣ ሇመሥራት በማሟሊት ሇባሇሥሌጣኑ ሰው 13146 Registration of Periodical 1/ Any Ethiopian citizen who desires to ሥራ publish a periodical shall obtain a መረጃዎች certificate of registration and legal እውቅና recognition from the Authority by የህትመት የሚከተለትን Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page ሕጋዊ እንዱሰጠው ማመሌከት ይችሊሌ፡- submitting the following information: ሀ) የመስራች ሥምና አዴራሻ፤ a) ሇ) የባሇቤትነት ሁኔታ፤ ሏ) የዜግነት ሁኔታ፤ መ) ሠ) name (s) and address (es) of the founder (s); b) ownership condition; c) nationality condition; የግብር ከፊይ መሇያ ቁጥር፤ d) tax payer identification number; የዋና አዘጋጅ ሥምና አዴራሻ፤ እና፣ e) [[[ [ ረ) name and address of the Editorin-Chief; and የንግዴ ፇቃዴ ወይም ዋና ምዝገባ፡፡ f) trade license or main registration. ‹ (( ‹‹‹‹‹‹ ፪/ ሥርጭቱ በአንዴ ክሌሌ ውስጥ የሆነ 2/ A periodical the distribution of which is በየጊዜው የሚወጣ ህትመት በሚመሇከተው restricted to one regional state shall የክሌሌ አካሌ በመመዝገብ ሕጋዊ እውቅና obtain a certificate of registration and እንዱሰጠው ማመሌከት ይችሊሌ፡፡ ምዝገባ legal recognition from the relevant የሚያከናውኑ የክሌሌ አካሊት ነፃና ገሇሌተኛ regional body.
