gA ፲፫ሺ፻፸፫ Ød‰L ነU¶T Uz¤È qÜ_R ፳፪ መጋቢት ፳፯ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ›.M ፫/ Federal Negarit Gazette No. 22, 5th April, 2021 …page በዚህ አንቀጽ በንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) እና (፪) የተጠቀሱት መብቶች 3/ ሇጋዜጠኞችም 13173 Rights stated above under Sub-Article (1) and (2) of this Articles are applicable ipso facto mutates mutandis ተፇጻሚ ይሆናለ፡፡ to journalists who are part of the media. ፵፱. የምንጭ ጥበቃ 1/ 49. የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባሇሙያዎች ሇመገናኛ Source Protection 1/ Journalists may not be forced to reveal ብዙሃን ማንነቱ እንዲይገሇጽ በመስማማት a source that provided information on a መረጃ confidential basis. የሰጠን ምንጭ እንዱገሌጹ አይገዯደም፡፡ 2/ የዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) ዴንጋጌ 2/ Notwithstanding Sub-Article (1) of this እንዯተጠበቀ ሆኖ ፌርዴ ቤት በሚከተለት Article, the court may order the ሁኔታዎች disclosure of a confidential source የመረጃ ምንጭ እንዱገሇጽ ትዕዛዝ ሉሰጥ ይችሊሌ፡- when: ሀ) a) የተፇጸመ ከባዴ ወንጀሌ ሊይ ክስ it is a critical information መከሊከያ necessary for prosecution or ሇማቅረብ፣ ወይም በሀገር ጸጥታ ሊይ defence of a serious crime or for ግሌጽና ዴርስ አዯጋን preventing clear and imminent ሇመመስረት ወይም ሇመከሊከሌ danger to the national security; ወሳኝ የመረጃ ምንጭ ሲሆን፤ እና፣ and ሇ) ክስ ሇመመስረት ሇማቅረብ ያሇው አስፇሊጊና ማስረጃ የሆነውን ወይም ከሆነ አዯጋ መከሊከያ b) obtaining ተቀባይነት እና ሇመከሊከሌ ላሊ the case, or avert the imminent danger. Obligation to Reply or to Correct 1/ Anyone whose name and reputation has been affected due to false and inaccurate information reported in the media, have the right to demand correction free of charge, in a proportional manner and at the same time in the media outlet in which the information appeared.
