(h) authorising the publication and the sale of copies of representations of layout-designs and other documents in the Designs Office; (i) the rights of third parties in relation to the exploitation, by or in the service of the State, of a registered layout-design, or a layout-design in respect of which an application for registration is pending, for the service of the State in terms of section twenty-four or twenty-five; ( j) giving effect to any international treaty or agreement which relates to layout-designs and to which Zimbabwe is a party. 57 Transitional provisions Any regulations or rules which, on the 1st January, 2000, are in force under the Industrial Designs Act [Chapter 26:02] shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in respect of applications, references, appeals, proceedings and other matters in terms of this Act, until regulations dealing with those matters are published in terms of section fifty-six.
