( 1 ) T he owne r of copyright may transfer the economic rights in section 9 to a thi rd pa rty either in whole or in part but the transfer whether in whole or in part shall not include the moral rig hts referred to in section 10. (2) A contract that requires the transfer of the rig hts refe rred to in section 1 o s hall be limited in scope to the useprovidetl for in the contract. (3) Copyright may be transferred by assignment, licence,testamentary disposition or operation of law.
