UNCST shall, immediately after receiving an application for AGR, register the said application and within 14 days acknowledge receipt thereof. Within sixty days of receipt of an application or, when further information is requested of the applicant, within sixty days of receipt of that further information, UNCST shall either: (a) approve; or (b) approve subject to conditions; or (c) refuse, the application and inform the applicant accordingly UNCST shall issue an Access Permit for any approved application.
